Follow the signs to the Car Rental Office at Malta International Airport. Rental Car Malta is in Park East Car Park, Level 1, Office No. 3. You can walk from arrivals; no shuttle is needed.

Your quote includes tax, selected extras, applicable driver surcharges and the compulsory €19.50 Premium Location Fee per booking. Any applicable collection or return fees are shown before you submit your request. The excess security deposit is a separate card hold, shown for your vehicle.

Drivers must be aged 21–90. Daily surcharges: ages 21–22 €9; ages 23–24 €7; ages 71–75 €7; ages 76–90 €11. No age surcharge applies from 25 to 70. Enter the driver’s age to include the correct surcharge in your quote.

Yes. Rental Car Malta accepts debit cards for rental payments and the security deposit, with no additional debit-card fee. Bring a card in the main driver’s name with sufficient available funds.

Current vehicle deposits range from €300 to €800. The exact amount appears with your selected vehicle and at checkout. This is a separate card hold at collection, not the 10% booking deposit.

Choose dates, times, driver age, vehicle and extras at rentalcarmalta.mt, then submit your request. Our team must confirm availability. Once approved, we email your confirmation and voucher. You then pay a 10% booking deposit; the remaining 90% is due at collection.
